• Question: How difficult is the game?
• Answer: Variable – it can involve logic, skill, or observation tasks. It does not require specific knowledge, but rather teamwork and creativity.

• Question: What is the minimum/maximum number of players required?
• Answer: Most rooms are designed for 2–6 players. There will be rooms that can accommodate up to 8–10 people. You can inquire about this via email at the following email address: info@thelostexit.ie

• Question: What is the age limit?
• Answer: Players from the age of 6 are welcome in all of our rooms. Each game has a recommended minimum age suggested by the organizers, which you can see during the booking process. However, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult or legal guardian for the entire duration of the game.

• Question: How much time does the game take?
• Answer: Each game takes up to 60 minutes, but some teams may escape faster depending on how they play. Please make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time!

• Question: How much does participation cost?
• Answer: The price depends on the number of players and the time slot. You can find the detailed current price list on the website. Discounts for larger groups and other promotions are also available.

• Question: What payment methods do you accept
• Answer: Payments are accepted online only. You can pay securely by bank card (via Stripe) or PayPal. Please note that full payment is required during the online booking process before the game.

• Question: Where and how can I book a time slot?
• Answer: You can easily book through our website. You can see the available time slots in real time.

• Question: Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
• Answer: Bookings can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled game time. Within 48 hours, the full fee will be charged. All cancellations or modification requests must be submitted in writing (by email) and are subject to the Service Provider’s discretion.

• Question: Is the booking lost if someone doesn’t show up?
• Answer: Yes, the booking is made for your team and the full amount is based on the confirmed number of players. The game can still be played even if fewer people show up, as long as your group has at least 2 players. 

• Question: Is it possible to leave the room during the game?
• Answer: Absolutely! For your safety, the room is equipped with an emergency release button that allows you to leave at any time. You are never truly locked in, so you can play with peace of mind.

Question: Will it be frightening?

Answer: Some rooms may have horror or thriller themes, but every game is completely safe. Ask our staff to recommend a suitable room for you!

• Question: Is it possible to take photos or videos?
• Answer: It is forbidden during the game, but we are happy to take a team photo afterwards!

• Question: Where can I put my personal belongings?
• Answer: We provide a lockable locker for valuables for every team.

• Question: Is any prior knowledge or language skill needed for the game?
• Answer: No, the puzzles are based on universal logic, so no special knowledge is required. Currently, the game is available in English. If your team would like another language, please let us know — we will take your request into consideration when planning future versions.

• Question: Can I play in the same room more than once?
• Answer: Absolutely! While the surprises won’t be exactly the same, you can try to escape faster, solve the puzzles differently, or challenge yourself in new ways each time.

• Question: Do you organize team buildings or school trips?
• Answer: Yes! We offer customized packages for companies, schools, and groups of friends, with multiple rooms and time slots. Ideal entertainment for: birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, team building, family programs….

• Question: Do we get help if we get stuck during the game?
• Answer: Yes! You can request hints at any time using the tablet in the room. Additionally, the game master continuously monitors the room and may provide guidance if needed to help you progress.
