The Lost Exit Escape Room House Rules and Terms of Use
Effective from: August 22, 2025
The purpose of this policy is to establish the terms and conditions for the use of the escape rooms operated by FunFactory 4 You (hereinafter: The LOST EXIT or the Service Provider), thereby ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and seamless gaming experience for all participants.
1. General Information
- The escape rooms are themed experience games where participants, working in teams and within a time limit, attempt to escape the room by solving various puzzles and logical riddles.
- The game is completely safe; however, scary or dark visual, sound, and light effects may occur.
- The game does not require physical strength and does not involve any dangerous activities.
2. Participation Conditions

- The Service Provider is not liable for any problems arising from a health condition not disclosed by the participant.
- Due to the physical layout of the venue (narrow corridors, differences in floor level, high-placed objects), the game is not considered fully accessible. Certain elements of the game may be difficult to access for guests with mobility or sensory impairments. Please notify us at the time of booking so our colleagues can provide assistance.
3. Arrival, Lateness, and Entry
